Recent engagements with Bank of America, VSIA, Motorola, Wells Fargo, TeraQuest Metrics, and USAA focused on project management, systems engineering, SEI CMM and CMMI-based process improvement, Six Sigma for Software, software product line systems, and platform-based design.

As chair of the Platform-Based Design Development Working Group of the Virtual Socket Interface Alliance (VSIA), Bob was principal author and editor of the first industry-standard taxonomy of Platform-Based Design for systems-on-chips. Prior to founding BASYS Consulting, Bob held a variety of senior business, systems, software, and product development leadership roles at Motorola's Semiconductor and Government Electronics businesses, at Rockwell/CMC, and start-up Syros, Inc.

Bob is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and IEEE Computer Society, and an Associate Faculty member at the University of Phoenix where he teaches Project Management, Information Management in Business, and Astronomy.
